In Celebration of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th Birthday, The Royal Commonwealth Society, Mainland of British Columbia Branch, in the presence of The Honourable Judith Guichon, O.B.C., Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, held a “Party in The Park” in Queen Elizabeth Park’s Jubilee Square, over the bridge and next to the Bloedel Conservatory on April 22nd, 2016.
